Printer is not printing

--- I tried to install an Epson LX 300 (in KDE) and it did not work with any driver, then scored generic printer and sent to print a test page and after that no more than print, and only print strange characters sometimes some letters and fires whistle. I tried to kill processes but did not find the printer, I tried to see the spool and found nothing.
Help, how to stop this process.
