Incomplete HD (Hard drive)

Or you're using a mobo that not recognize all 15GB, or you have partitioned the wrong drive.
In the first case, look for a manager in HD manufacturer's website (if Maxtor, look for MaxBlast).
In the second case, start the system, give an fdisk and to see the partition information.
Cause by what you posted, it is detecting the correct size but (Primary Master Size 15 307). See the partitions.

I believe your problem is the partitions skankster spoke as the friend, as you did the formatting If you have a boot diskette, boot from it to give, re-enter the FDISK and if I remember correctly the option nr. 4 you check how many partitions are there and what size each.
