Power 300w with 12v because ocilando Bad Clusters

--- Oops, I'm with the following problem. I have a Quantum Fireball the 40 gb q bad clusters began to appear from nowhere, Takei disk manager to get it good for 1day, now again appears bad clusters. I wonder if my source can q is causing it. the 12v is ocilando between 12:20 to 12:52 v.

this specific case I think its hard 'cause this variation in the margin of tolerance or 20% more or less to 12v
