How to update the BIOS of a pc chips m766 Mobo

--- I have a pc chips m766 Mobo and wanted to upgrade the BIOS but do not know how.
I wish someone could explain to me how to upgrade.
I went to the site of PC chips and did not find any files to update, where can I find this file exists or not upgrading to this board
