Problems with Adobe Media Encoder CS4

I use Adobe Media Encoder CS4 for a while, and just now it started giving problems, I started taking it, or export a video in Premiere and he says that the program stopped working and gives me option to close or resolve the issue online , already reinstalled 2 times and did a clean but it still does not work, can anyone help me much to work late because of it.
