I've had a problem with the Supervisor, and decided Ratings deleting the key. With this, the whole setup Supervisor, was removed.
In SuperDownloads, I saw a program which aimed to remove the Content Advisor password. Never used it, but I saw that it is freeware. Anything you can try with it:
