yes there is a native tool to find IP addresses by using the command tracert, which from your intranet gateway, shows all the hops to achieve its ultimate goal.
Ex: if I use tracert www.google.com.br
it shows all the hops exists on your computer until you get into one of the google servers.
if your intranet has only one network gateway, the second jump should logically your external ip address!
Just click start - run - and type cmd tracert
www.google.com.br
