Virtual Domain in Exchange Server 2000

Hello everyone!
I'm having some problems here!
I have installed Exchange Server 2000 but I can not create virtual domains on it.
Ex: contact@DOMAIN.NET, and user@DOMAIN2.NET, admin@DOMAIN3.COM domains are the desire to create!
Can anyone help me solve this big problem
