Problems with Windows XP Boot CD

What happens is this. I changed my motherboard, processor and memory card Soyo K7VTA PRO, Duron 800MHz and two sticks of PC133 SDRAM (one 256 and another of 64). The Hardware that I kept was the video card ASUS GForce 2 MX 200 32MB AGP, PCI LAN Card 100Mb SMZ and Voicer MODEM USR Sportster 33.6 Kbps ISA.

What happens is that whenever I go to boot from cd Windows XP files begin to be loaded and when the screen flashes to give me the option to install or repair (the normal xp boot), no response is returned. Get the black screen and blinking cursor in the upper right corner as if waiting for some response from the hardware. I've waited more than 5 minutes and nothing happened. The curious thing is that if I give the boot from CD windows 2000 this problem does not occur, booting the system normally. Before changing these boards I was using XP and have never had problems with the hardware that I kept. All new hardware works perfectly in Windows 2000 and 98SE (versions I tested). The windows XP cd is in perfect condition because I use it on another PC and it boots perfectly. Have esperimentei leave only one stick of memory and remove the network card, but nothing adinatou too. I think the modem is not the problem, it is of excellent quality. Have updated the BIOS but nothing changed.
Anyone have any tips or idea to give me Only by strengthening, I use all this hardware in windows 2000 and everything works perfectly. Another important information is that the motherboard is new and has support for Windows XP (even with the drivers on the cd).

Surely the fact that WinXP can not install this hardware related, try installing the card without your Win Fax-ISA and with only one stick of memory. It might work.
The best option is to install with minimal peripherals, and then install them one by one, and it is not complicated as Windows recognizes most cards that you will install. ---

Is as follows Carlos,
try changing video card, because I have the same board and same problem with XP. Then switched to another video card and boom! a beauty that was installed ... then put the GeForce back and okay!
does so it can work ...
Nice!

Strange that I have the same problem, and the same pl. that their video, a 7100se correct, is it her
Funny I had the same problem with a Duron 850 and HD 200, 128 ram, thought it was the proc or lack of memory, then there to jump to that machine's config. remains the same.
In the next "format" I will try with another XP pl. video to test it ... Thanks for the tip
changing the pl. video.

T more.,

I'm trying to customize a Windows XP cd in Nero but I'm not hitting to boot. Anyone know what I put in the "Load segments of sectors" and "Number of loaded sectors"
