You're bidding on L Ron Hubbard's BATTLEFIELD EARTH, the Unabridged Version by Books on Tape on 30 cassettes. It is read by Michael Russotto. The audio book is Very Good, but I selected x255's designation of "Good" because of the wear on the cardboard cases housing the tapes. The slip case boxes are edge worn and scuffed, but adequately house the tapes. The tapes themselves are Very Good. I know all the tapes play well because I listened to this entire audio book before listing it. I thought it would be a chore as there are 30 cassettes, but I got caught up in the story and listened to it over two days. Synopsis of the book : In the year 3000, what is left of humanity exists only to serve their brutal masters, an alien race known as the Psychlos. One man, Jonnie Goodboy Taylor, leads a small band of like-minded humans in resisting the alien pillage, and sets in motion a chain of events that will forever change the balance of power both on Earth and in space.
