The Code of the Samurai: A Modern Translation of the Bushido Shoshinshu of Taira Shigesuke by Yuzan Daidoji, Oscar Ratti and Thomas Cleary (Sep 15, 1999) this hardback book is missing the cover jacket. sorry, i threw it out. excpet a couple yellow highlights, the missing cover jacket and the fact that the printing along the edge of the book by the manufacuture is not straight, the book is in excellent shape. i think all of these books have the "code of the samurai" type not straight, that is why the came up with the cover jacket to hide this. otherwise this book is in very nice shape , no creases, like new, feels good, no mold, non smoker , once you buy it, i will immediatly mail it as i have a post office around the corner. with the low price, postage, listing fee and selling fee no money will be made off the book, but at least i will not have to throw it out.
